Hilton Farlough lived a life defined by service, discipline, and craftsmanship. After serving in the United States Army, he built a 30-year career at DuPont, then devoted his time to carpentry, helping construct and restore homes, schools, and churches throughout the River Parishes. Known for his determination, creativity, and unwavering work ethic, Hilton believed that meaningful work builds strong families and strong communities. CORE honors that belief by investing in students who are committed to building something greater than themselves.

✓ Students actively pursuing studies in a qualifying field
✓ Applicants who demonstrate strong work ethic, personal initiative, and a clear vision for their future
✓ Students committed to contributing to high-demand, high-growth industries in Louisiana
